Our supported living services in Berkshire are designed to maximise your potential and enable you to live as independently as possible.

We support people with Physical disabilities, autism and other complex health needs to live a more independent lifestyle. We encourage you to take part in the activities that you enjoy – from social and leisure activities to educational and work opportunities.

Our specialist team will work with you to develop a care plan you’re happy with. You will be in control of your future whilst we support you with a range of activities, from looking after your home, personal care or getting out into the community.

We provide comfortable accommodation where residents have their own private space supplemented by a spacious communal kitchen and living area. There is an experienced health support worker available, 7 days a week to ensure support is available when needed.

Care plans are written by our care manager together with residents and are dynamic documents, regularly reviewed; our philosophy is for residents to take a degree of ownership over their mental health. We also believe that residents benefit from engaging with community; staff support residents but they also support each other. Learning to be concerned about the welfare of other people is a key element in many patients long-term rehabilitation strategy.

Our accommodation offers the best of both worlds; privacy when required, but also the ability for a resident to come out of their comfort zone in a planned and managed way.

Our aim is to give people the right support to enable them to live with independence. We don’t believe in a prescriptive approach – with our Supported Living provision, we tailor the level of support required by each individual so that they can begin to live independently, instilling a sense of confidence and wellbeing.

Our Supported Living provision is completely flexible, ranging from a few hours daily to full-time 24/7, with the option of a care worker staying overnight or the provision of semi-independent accommodation. We understand that people’s needs may change so we monitor the level of support we provide and work with families and individuals to adjust our provision accordingly.
